Owner and rider with a genuine passion for equine welfare and excellence in every aspect. It's through Alexandra's philosophy that the foundation of Andresen Dressage is shaped. Alexandra boasts numerous notable achievements as a dressage rider and is now back in the saddle after a break. 

General Manager 

Ole Jørgen Jørgentvedt 

Ole Jørgen brings over 20 years of experience in breeding, training, and selling dressage horses, complemented by his veterinary background. With extensive industry knowledge, he is deeply committed to equine care and development.

Office Manager

Annelene Østberg 

Annelene is the backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From organizing employees, suppliers, and visitors to ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, she does it all.

Stable Manager 

Ruth Henriksen 

Ruth is the Stable Manager, responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the training horses, staff management, and the overall daily operations of the stable. She oversees routines, as well as the horses’ health, feeding, veterinary care, and farrier services, ensuring consistent welfare and professional standards across all aspects of stable management.

Operation Manager 

Håkon Wilberg 

Håkon is our Operation Manager.  From mending fences to cutting hay, fixing machinery, and tending to the woodlands, he ensures everything runs smoothly. 

Youngstock Manager

Rigmor Hustad 

Rigmor is responsible for the the youngsters , broodmares, and foals. She manages the daily affairs of the horses, from organizing their routines to coordinating vet and farrier visits, and ensuring the horses are healthy and well cared for.

Marianne Øveraas Ellingsen

Marianne is our rider, responsible for the education and training of a handful of our horses. She is reliable, hardworking, and self-driven, with extensive experience gained through her formal training as a professional rider in Denmark. Marianne is known for her sensitive and gentle riding style.

Juni B Næss 

Juni is a rider with a keen sensitivity and intuition for the needs of young horses. She provides our youngest equine members with a gentle introduction to competitive life, paving the way for 'Happy Athletes' in the future.

Olivia Dyrstad 

Olivia is breaking in the youngest horses, providing them with a solid foundation to become confident and reliable riding partners. Her calm and confident approach helps the horses develop trust and readiness for their future careers.

Johannes Vileid

Johannes is a key part of Håkon’s operations team. A tractor whiz with a great attitude, he’s always cheerful and ready to lend a helping hand!

Jennie Arvidsson 

Jennier is responsible for the youngest members of our equine family, she runs 'Andresen Foal School' with great success. With years of experience working with horses, her expertise enriches life here at Andresen.

Siru is Marianne's groom; hardworking and reliable, with a strong background in handling horses.

Sofia is one of our dedicated grooms. She's likely the one with the steepest learning curve in the stable, tackling every challenge head-on.

Mille steps in whenever needed, like a jack-of-all-trades. She loves all aspects of working with horses, but has a soft spot for horses with challenges and excels in handling them.

Isa is always there when we need her, a real lifesaver if illness or other absences leave us short-handed at the stable. She's a master braider and gladly helps out, sharing her skills.

Alva works alongside Jennie in caring for and handling our youngsters (1- and 2-year-olds). With dedication and patience, she ensures they receive the daily care and handling they need to develop confidently and well.
