Owner and rider with a genuine passion for equine welfare and excellence in every aspect. It's through Alexandra's philosophy that the foundation of Andresen Dressage is shaped. Alexandra boasts numerous notable achievements as a dressage rider and is now back in the saddle after a break.

Kristin G. Andresen

Kristin is the one who buys most of the horses that we don’t breed ourselves. She has a good eye, and her choices are rarely wrong.

Regarding our own breeding, her knowledge about the perfect bloodline is invaluable.

She’s involved in everything on the farm, is super social, and frequently invites everyone at AD to fun gatherings.

Annelene Østberg 

Annelene is the backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From organizing employees, suppliers, and visitors to ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, she does it all. Outside of work, she's a dedicated rider and horse owner, spending her evenings in the stables.

Stable Manager

Rigmor Hustad 

Rigmor is the Stable Manager managing the daily affairs of our horses, from organizing their routines to coordinating vet and farrier visits. She also oversees their training regimen. With three horses of her own and an additional 64 under Andresen's care, she certainly has her hands full!

Jennie Arvidsson 

Jennier is our dedicated Assistant Stable Manager. Responsible for the youngest members of our equine family, she runs 'Andresen Foal School' with great success. With years of experience working with horses, her expertise enriches life here at Andresen. Off-duty, she enjoys competing with her two delightful agility dogs, 'Snobben' and 'Vimsa,' bringing home prizes aplenty."

Operation Manager 

Håkon Wilberg 

Håkon is our Operation Manager.  From mending fences to cutting hay, fixing machinery, and tending to the woodlands, he ensures everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time hunting.

Sami Vuoristo

Sami is our Finnish rider with extensive experience under the renowned Kyra Kyrklund. A perfectionist in every aspect, his dedication shines through. Sami trains our horses for greater tasks with unmatched patience. When not in the saddle, he imparts his wisdom through giving lessons and offering clinics.

Juni B Næss 

Juni is a rider with a keen sensitivity and intuition for the needs of young horses. She provides our youngest equine members with a gentle introduction to competitive life, paving the way for 'Happy Athletes' in the future. Juni also has two horses of her own.

Eva Olsen 

Eva specializes in breaking in the youngest horses, providing them with a solid foundation to become excellent riding partners. As an eventing rider, she excels in her role, introducing horses early to outdoor rides, cavaletti work, and jumping exercises. In her free time, she's active in skiing, traveling, mountain hikes, and always seeks new challenges.

Jan P. Gamlemshaug

Jan is a valuable addition to Håkon's team, assisting with various tasks on the operational side. Initially hired for just one summer, Jan found himself so at home that he's now settled in Moss and has been with us ever since.

Dagfinn Aasheim

Dagfinn looks after the farm's operations, tending to the flowers and gardens. He's diligent and pays close attention to detail, which shows in the beautiful blooms around the farm during the flowering season. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and chopping wood.

Ruth Henriksen 

Ruth is Sami's dedicated groom. Meticulous, conscientious, and always in control, she's two steps ahead, ensuring Sami's horses are always in top-notch condition down to the smallest detail. A shining example for all. Ruth is a a former dressage competitor, and rides Annelene's horse in her spare time whenever she can.

Siri Madelen Olsen 

Siri is Juni's groom. With an eye for detail, she ensures Juni's horses are impeccably cared for. Additionally, she's the team's master of pleasant surprises, treating us all to Monday cakes or Friday tacos. Serving as the apprentices' support during the school year, she's also the social centerpiece of the group. In her spare time, she tends to the mare 'Fiona' while pursuing her studies as a student.

Siru Vuoristo

Siru is Alexandra's groom; hardworking and reliable. Originally hired as a temporary replacement, Siru has found such enjoyment in her role that she now wishes to stay. Notably, she's Sami's sister with a strong background in handling horses.

Emilie Edvardsen 

Emilie is one of the teachers at Jennie's 'Andresen Foal School.' Gentle and attentive, she enthusiastically celebrates every milestone the 'little ones' achieve. No one is prouder than when one of the yearlings stands calmly, lifting their feet for the farrier. Emilie grows so attached to the horses she handles that she ended up buying one herself. Our little 'Jive' is one lucky horse.

Sofia El Guassem

Sofia is Eva's groom. She's likely the one with the steepest learning curve in the stable, tackling every challenge head-on. Always cheerful and positive, Sofia leans on 'mom Ruth' for advice when needed.

Julie Bobel

Julie is the one who keeps an eye on everything in the stable. She maintains control over all the equipment to ensure we always have what we need. Nothing escapes her sharp gaze; whether it's damaged paddocks, hazardous holes in the pastures, loose hinges, or ensuring all the horses have food and water out in the fields.

Mille Dyrstad 

Mille steps in whenever needed, like a jack-of-all-trades. She loves all aspects of working with horses, especially her beloved horse Forte, whom she fell for on the job and now owns. With two horses of her own, Mille balances her time as a show jumper alongside her studies. She has a soft spot for horses with challenges and excels in handling them.

Zara Zilan Ezen 

Zara works weekends on top of her studies. Always there when needed, she greets everyone with a smile and a cheerful attitude. A delightful addition to the team. Zara has just bought a foal, so it'll be exciting to see their journey ahead.

Isa Martine Estervand Orvin

Isa is always there when we need her, a real lifesaver if illness or other absences leave us short-handed at the stable. She's a master braider and gladly helps out, sharing her skills. Isa has her own dressage horse near Evje and frequently takes lessons with Alexandra. Fun fact: she has a side hobby of alpaca shearing.
